Strength & Conditioning Mission

The main focus of the DME Sports Academy strength and conditioning program is development. A typical in-season workout is targeted towards maintaining the muscle mass gained in the previous off-season. The off-season is when the volume and intensity are increased and when the most progress is made.

Our Method

  • An athlete’s training routine must be a comprehensive program. In most competitive sports, a player should have speed, strength, agility, quickness, explosive power, endurance, and the mental capacity to process what happens in a practice or game situation. Enhancing all these qualities in a proper and effective manner must be done: 
  • Over an extended period of time, 
  • Within an intense training regimen 
  • And must be planned out carefully  

For a trainer to execute such a program, they should have the knowledge and field experience required to incorporate the drills that are necessary to enhance each of those qualities individually, as well as creating an athlete who can deliver the total package.

The DME Sports Strength & Conditioning team has the knowledge and field experience to create a total package for athletes from age 6-60. Our program has been field tested and proven to have success for athletes across multiple sports.  The DME training program is not a “trendy workout routine”.  It is designed to make athletes better at their position, and within their sport.  We don’t do 90-day body transformations.  We don’t have a “magic pill” to make you jump higher, run faster, or look younger.   WE WILL work harder than anyone in the business, because we know that we have what it takes to deliver elite athletes.
