S&C purpose statement
The main focus to our strength and conditioning approach is injury prevention, followed by strength and power. A typical in-season workout is targeted towards maintaining the muscle mass gained in the previous off-season. The off-season is when we turn things up a bit, as the volume and intensity are increased; which is where most of the progress is made.

DME Elevate Club

Ages 12 + (preferably)

Our Elevate program is a basketball and volleyball favorite! These sessions are geared towards improving the athletes’ vertical jump height. He/She will perform baseline assessments for their max vertical jump, sprint time, and 3RM squat. After the training sessions, which are held 3 times a week, the athlete will be re-assessed to analyze progression.
Each 1-hour session will consist of: Front/Back Squats, Deadlifts, Box Jumps, and VertiMax.

Individual Training Sessions

Ages 12 +

Individual training sessions with our Strength and Conditioning Coach may include: Speed & Agility, Plyometrics, Conditioning, and Resistance Training. A program will be designed for the athletes’ specific sport, and have a focus on injury prevention. Packages are sold in groups of 6 sessions ($299) or 12 sessions ($599). Please schedule sessions 24 hours in advance.
