TODD EASON

Director of Soccer

Todd has served as both General Manager and Director of Youth Soccer Services in his 2 years with Daytona Rush Soccer Club.  Previously, Todd gained his experience and working knowledge while overseeing the business development department for Soccer Institute of Montverde Academy (S.I.M.A). Here he was responsible for all marketing initiatives and strategic business partnerships for the S.I.M.A program.

Prior to this, Eason spent multiple years as Director of the Premier Development League, now known as USL League Two.  He was responsible for all facets of the property and helped it gain the reputation as the most notable amateur league in North America and regarded as the highest level of amateur soccer in the United States.

Before accepting that position, Eason worked as an assistant coach at Jacksonville University from 2012 to 2014. In 2009 to 2012, Eason worked in Mississippi as Director of Player Development for MS Brilla FC.  Primary responsibilities included working with MS Brilla Juniors and MS Brilla FC (PDL) crafting player development curriculum and assisting in all efforts pertaining to the PDL franchise.

As a player, Eason played and graduated from William Carey College.  After college he played for a few PDL teams before playing professionally with the Charlotte Eagles of the USL.

KIOKI HUTCHING

Assistant Director of Soccer

As a player, in 2012 Kioki was named Middle Georgia Soccer Player Of The Year after scoring 31 goals with 13 assists in 18 games. At the collegiate level, Kioki played his freshman and sophomore season for the GA Perimeter Jaguars before transferring to Lander University to continue his academic and playing career.

During the summer months of college Kioki competed in the NPSL, and USL2 formerly known as the PDL for the Myrtle Beach Mutiny where he won 2 conference titles. After college, Kioki spent 3 months in England playing for Pickering Town FC and spent a month in Spain on trial with Benidorm CF. After his playing career, Kioki began coaching and private training at the club level in Atlanta, Georgia.

In 2019 / 2020, Kioki was Director of Operations for Daytona Rush Soccer Club. His responsibilities included, player liaison, managing player registration with United Soccer League, organizing home and away matches,  sponsorship activation, community outreach, and soccer programming throughout volusia county.

Strength Coach

ALEX RICHARD

MS, CSCS | Director of Sports Performance 

Alex is in his first year as the Director of Sports Performance at DME Academy.

Alex joins DME after a five year stint at Southern Miss where he was the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for men’s basketball and women’s soccer. Richard also worked with women’s basketball, men’s tennis, women’s volleyball, and football while at Southern Miss.

Alex graduated with his masters degree in exercise science from Southern Miss in 2018. He graduated with his bachelors degree in Health Promotion & Wellness from Wisconsin Steven’s Point in 2016. While at UWSP, Alex was a four year member of the men’s basketball team. Richard was a captain and leading scorer of the 2015 NCAA Division III National Championship team.

Alex is a certified strength & conditioning specialist from the NSCA.

JORDAN JENKINS

LAT, ATC

Jordan graduated from Central Methodist University with a Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training. She has experience with football, men's and women's basketball and volleyball. While at CMU, she was a 5 year member of the softball team, functioning as co-team captain for 2/5 years. In her 5th year at CMU, she served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for men's and women's wrestling, football and baseball.
After graduating from CMU, she became an athletic trainer for Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corp based in San Antonio, TX.

  • 10+ years working with domestic and international student-athletes.

  • Former collegiate/professional athlete
