Post Graduate Team

TOTAL PLAYER IMPROVEMENT = THE BEST TRAINING + THE BEST COMPETITION

The 2019/20 season will be the second year of the DME Women’s post grad basketball program. Among the highlights:

TRAINING: Your player trains like a pro for 6 months!!

  • Team practices 2 hours per session 5 times per week
  • 1- hour player development session daily for individual skills growth
  • Strength and conditioning 1-hour per session 3-4 days a week

COMPETITION: Play the best to be the best!!

  • We play approximately 25 games
  • Compete vs. Division 1 talent regularly
  • Every opportunity for players to earn a full college scholarship

General

  • Period: September 2019 – March 2020
  • Duration: 6 Months

Exposure

  • Majority of schedule is against Florida Junior Colleges
  • All home games are live-streamed
  • Athlete gets highlights and game footage
  • Athlete gets recruiting profile
  • Athlete gets recruiting evaluation

Post Grad Includes

  • 2 Practices per day (including basketball education, game reviewing, etc.)
  • 3 to 4 Strength & Conditioning workouts per week (program designed for post grad athletes)
  • 25 or more games
  • Visiting Universities
  • Basic Sports Medicine & Recovery Services
  • Facilities available from 7 am to 12 am
  • Training Day with NBA Coach Dan Panaggio
