Monday – Friday
Drop off: 8am
On ice: 8:30am – 10:00am
Off ice activity: 10:30am – 12:30am
Lunch: 12:30 – 1pm
Off ice activity: 1pm – 2:15pm
On ice: 2:45 – 4pm
Pick Up: 4:15
Players will learn the physical side of hockey. With body contact at every level, players will be taught how to use their bodies appropriately to win battles. Everything is a competition. We will be on the ice for 3 hours a day and off the ice for 2 hours.
Players will learn:
Proper / Safe way to make body contact How to use angles to stop your opponent Stick checking and poke checking techniques Understanding positioning and support Balance, core and stability training off ice Mental toughness training Skating treadmill
